To add a hublist you need to specify the port that is used. You didn't, as far as I can see, so try to ass hublists again (just find out which port each of hublists is using, most is using 2501 I think). For dchublist.com you register manually on hublist's webside. Command says:

   !addhublist <protocol> <address>:<port>         Add a hublist (protocol = ADC or NMDC)

so as an example it will be:

   !addhublist NMDC bracnet.sytes.net:2501

It should be:
!addhublist NMDC bracnet.sytes.net:2501
as the command says:
!addhublist <protocol> <address>:<port>

As you can see, there is no ports specified in your hublists when !reghub comamnd is executed. So if certain hublist shows offline, it may be offline or you can add port to the address, to try again.
