Well.. you can't. The only thing you can do is disallow +regme for all users by !allow User regme false

Yeah i understood.. 

It's a very specific feature request though.
To make it a bit more generally usable I could add an option to block all hubcommands for a certain IP, just like !blockctm, !blockpm, !mute etc. work: !blockcmd

That would include blocking !regme then.
