Would be nick to have the hub to be able to read rss strings and post into hub from the hub bot

Yes, this is a very good idea. As far as I remember it was decided that RSS feed can be sorted by external script when FlexHub have api.

Yep, some existing pto scripts can be used when the pto Lua API is finished.
