Can the hubsoft join IRC networks + Channels and take msg from one/more user (pre nick) + filter msg (like only take *DVDR* , *NORDIC* , MP3 * ) and add it to a chat room where it shall send it, maby spical filer to spiacel chat rooms like PreMP3, PreDVDR, PreXviD.
