about proxy and multioperations

so to be proxy checker no only to detect if sock5 connected but to detect proxy and kick , also can have proxy database itself function to load from txt too . and here we go with multioperator thing something nearly like babyStardust post about hublink for search etc.
so i would very like to have option which can be very useful when someone have network hubs or just a few hubs , would be nice to send commands and set gc or anything any commands in one hub then it was autoupdated in each other hub we do link for multioperator command sending or whatever we call that . But i want operate all hubs from one .

A proxy checker can be added later (as soon as there's a lua API) with a separate script. It doesn't need to be built into the hub. Possibly an existing Ptokax proxy checker can be used.

As for controlling multiple hubs at the same time: that can be made with clientside scripts sending the same command to multiple hubs, much easier to control (and script) that way then from within one hub.

I'd offered him a client side script for this purpose, yet he seems insistent on hub-side script which to me, make no sense.
