How abt implementing a part or what is possible for privacy concerned area like what retroshare has http://retroshare.sourceforge.net/wiki/index.php/Main_Page
1)Tunneling part
2) Whole thing encrypted the talks in main as  well as in pm and the file transferred

Correct, and ADCS and NMDCS support are planned, it's implemented already even, but there's a bug in the current lib that's used for the secure sockets which can cause the hub to freeze when a connection fails unexpectedly (ghosting). We're looking to replace that lib so secure connections can be supported.
