Set rules
« on: June 24, 2011, 14:31:09 »
Hi, I have made these changes for about 24 hours ... that I brought from false to true settings with regard to research ...

!set allownmdc       Value: true    Allow NMDC users to join the hub
!set allowpassive    Value: true    Allow passive users to join the hub

But I still find myself these feed the bots and I am wondering if I short the wrong setting or something I should be restarted if the hubs to make them real well ...
I thought that putting True indeed ... users would no longer be kicked ... I a mistake?

[FI]
  • [AddBan] •.xD.• added kick '79.114.228.98' until: 2011/06/24 16:21:51 because: Sending passive search while stating active mode in tag (fake tag).
  • [14:21.51] <•.xD.•>

  • [Security] [wrongmode_action] <gigelius> IP: 79.114.228.98 Sending passive search while stating active mode in tag (fake tag) / Kicked.

Thanks and see you soon

!set allownmdc    Allow NMDC users to join the hub < Has nothing to do with passive/active
!set allowpassive  Allow passive users to join the hub < This will redirect users that are passive, NOT kick

The kick is happening because the are stating active in tag (M:A) but sending passive searches.
The action for this can be controlled with:
!set wrongmode_action  Setting it to Ignore will... ignore it.
!set allowfalseactive       Setting it to true will allow 'faking tag' regarding passive/active mode
