Clean mainchat

Hi, it would be possible to implement a command from the operator level right up the command "mainchat cleansing" and maybe the bot automatically cleans the main chat on spam or other words ... I hope I was clear ... thanks and see you soon and good day;)

Main chat cleaner you can do yourself by adding a command with !addcmd and as the content leave 50 empty lines
Same can be done using your DC client.
