Chat visible to all but accessible only to specific levels

Hi, you could create a chatroom for all to see, but accessible only to certain well-defined levels?

I want to create a chatroom for all to see precisely the level -1 to level up but that only owners and older you can type in (this is an illustrative example).

NB. if it is not feasible, this post will be moved into feature requests

I guess that can be done when API is finished...
Well the main point is that there will be no work done on API or GUI if team is busy with implementing more and more additional settings and commands into the hubsoft itself - as it was said in forum many times - when API is finished then scripting may satisfy almost all hubowner's needs. So we will try to concentrate on bug reports at the moment, so the work on API/GUI can go one step further.
