lock/unlock pm for all users, like main.  (on/off only allow to pm Crews)

block pm for profile. (only allow to pm Crews)

block download for profile

i mean profile not only true / false

!set blockdownload 4
!set blockpm 4
!set blockmc 4
block profile lower 4

and only allow pm to crew if true

!setblockpmcrewoff true

or something like that

It works the same, but the way i described it fits best in the way FlexHub is coded and used now.

This way !override <profilename> <check or blocktype>  can be used for it.
