if a user try download between adc and nmdc the users get a msg about he don't can do it. (adcs + nmdcs too)

Correct, since that's currently not possible with any client. ADC clients won't accept a client-client connection from an NMDC user and vice versa.

Then there first has to be some kind of $Supports or SUP keyword for clients that do support it.
Right now this prevents wrong-protocol messages to be sent to clients.

I'm sure that for example NMDC users don't want to see ADC connection requests in mainchat, since that's where they will end up because ADC commands don't start with $.
