Hublist right clicks

i was trying to add a hublist with rightclicks and got this error
*** !addhublist b-52.no-ip.org 2501
 Wrong protocol, use ADC or NMDC

found out why their is no box to add ADC or NMDC

and it is the same for deleting hubs as well with the same error

in right commands ... for example ...
only  NMDC b-52.no-ip.org:2501
or     ADCdc.gwhublist.com:2501
