Maybe it's a question that I've done this before, I do not remember, in case I apologize and propose again in short. It would be possible and if you like, create a room visible to all levels from -1 to level 10 for example but accessible only to specific levels or 10 levels then?

Things like chatrooms with some other options can be added with scripts when API is done. Basic rooms are already there. There is many ways how chatrooms can be set up to work
