if possible ... add advise for staff on entry in hub

now ... there is not any advise from bot ...

you excuse me, I expressed myself badly ... I meant if it was possible to have input from the notification bot ... if an operator is not connected ... and falls ... can not know ...

example...

operator A lock mainchat
operator B entry in hub ... don't know mainchat lock ...

if possible add notified on entry from bot ... to advise staff (ex. operator B) ?

When main chat is locked all the operators can speak:
[16:17:40] <MyNameIsTheBot> Mainchat is now locked.
[16:17:40] <MyNameIsTheBot> You have locked mainchat, only operators can speak now.

on next version operators will be notified on login if main is locked
