prereg accounts/hexhub like functionality

would it be possible to pre register users and have the pass their client sends set itself as per hexhub? or even the possibility of preregistering users with no pass set and have the hub pm said users with a msg to set their pass on login?

Doing the pre reg stuff should be ok, we already have an import function that can read .

what format to use for export data from verli needs to be decided though.

and some other stuff.

Will post more here when I get a better grip on how it might work
