Remove ops chat and Feed

hiya all

it would be great to be able to remove both the ops chat and the feed.

personally i want this for private hubs (why would an ops hub need an ops chat when everyones ops anyway ?) obv also same for the feed, output could be sent to MC for bot reports etc..... has already been stated this hubsoft wont hold a lot of users, which makes it ideal for ops/private hubs, where theres no need for ops chats or feeds, 3 windows min for one hub is a lot of popups when u start adding up how many hubs ppl tend be in these days.....

You can set up rights for each profile:
 !allow <profilename> feed false
and
 !allow <profilename> opchat false

however this doesnt remove the unwanted bots from the userlist, which was kind of the point, maybe in future setting the feeds name to an empty char and ops chats name could remove said bots from the userlist?

"Operator" setting decides if treat profile as typical operator (feed + opchat). There is a smal bug there to fix but both should be gone from a userlist for that profile.
