!modprofile [PROFILE] minshare_download [XXX]

Flex have this:
!modprofile [PROFILE] minshare [XXX]

then it need:
!modprofile [PROFILE] minshare_download [XXX]

If minshare get higher for some profile minshare_download need to be higher too.

If minshare gets higher for some profile, those users won't even be able to login if their share isn't high enough. I think too that adding it for each profile will only make things more complicated than needed.
