How to create profiles with no passwords?

First step is to enable the blank password option: !set pass_allowblank true
From now on hub will automatically check all accounts once every 24 hours and notify hubowner about any accounts without passwords.
To add new account with no password use:
    !addreg <nick> <password> <profile> [<ip(optional)>]
   You can add an account without setting a password by using "" as password but ONLY if you at the same time provide a bind IP.
   Only after the user has set the password (s)he will be moved from ordinary user to the set profile.
   Use !showprofiles to show avaliable user profiles
Example:
!addreg NewUser "" Reg 211.211.11.11

Depending on protocol and client this user will use - if password for your hub is already placed in settings, client will provide it automatically. Otherwise user has to use !setpass <password> command to set up his password. To check if any users didn't set up their passwords yet use !showemptypass

You'll have to set a password or delete the registration and register when he connects again.
If the IP is unknown and the pass isn't set, there's no way to tell if user 'SomeNickname' is really the same 'SomeNickname'.
