"hide" command

I would like to see the command !hide, with possiblity of choosing class of users to whom hidden nick will be visible.
To hide nicks, bots, chatrooms etc. smth like !hide <nick> <class> where class is min class that will be able to see hidden nick in a userlist. So vipchat will be only visible for vips and up and some additional security bots only for ops/admins.
