Lock Mainchat: actually locks mainchat for all users who don't have a profile override for 'lockmc'.

I doubt if the usage of Lock Mainchat in pattern actions is useful at all, since it would mean someone could lock mainchat for the entire hub with a single pattern match.

We might add the action: 'block PM' instead, that will be for that user alone and is probably more useful.

Well I don't like the the idea in general. Because when 10 people is in PM in a hub, and one of them triggering locking PM... then action like this is not fair and not polite to do.
