error and closed flexhub

We have seen a few similar ones (the error is usually  attempt to index global 'some-table-name-here' (a boolean value), or attempt to index global 'some-table-name-here' (a nil value) )
I am sorry to say that at this time we have not found the cause for them, or a solution.
