Redirect for Hubowner

I have three user with a profile "HubOwner" on my hub.
Users of the same profile can not use the commands ban, kick, mute and etc relative to the user of the same profile, but they can use the command "redirect" and it works. Auto Protection does not work in this case, on what that reason.
How to do so that users of the same profile could not do a redirect to each other?
(User with a profile "Hubowner" should not have the right to do redirect to the user with a profile "Hubowner")

P.S.: I am sorry once again for my terrible english

P.P.S.: I noticed that the command !drop works so also. User with a profile "Hubowner"  may use a command !drop towards user with a profile "Hubowner". I don't know, it was so conceived or is it no one noticed until this time?

Please, somebody can tell me how to fix it?

Accounts with level 10 is the only exception to the rule where same level accounts cant effect each other.
This is how it must be and will not change.
