Allow users to write links to operators a hub

   Is it possible to allow the users to write in PM operators and higher links (http:// , dchub://) and that the bot is not banned this user?
   But Only in PM and only to operators and higher.
   Because that is necessary to allow some users to be able to do an exchange with the operators of advertising hub.
   But that these users can not write links in PM to users with a lower profile than 5(operator).

Yeah, that's a good idea!

It's a reoccurring problem that users who intend no harm when talking to an operator just want info and paste results of a connection for example.

Will think about how this can be allowed in the best way without sacrificing too much spam control: there are people who think that spamming operators can be fun too. Braindead people, but they are still there ;-)

Added for next release:

!set pm_allow_spam_to_ops -1

Set a profilelevel that is allowed to bypass all patternchecks in PM to operators and higher.
By setting it to -1 you allow all users (including unregistered users) to bypass these checks and sends links etc. in PM to operators and higher.
