It looks like the Hub-Accounts.ini file can get damaged when FlexHub isn't closed manually before the computer is restarted. During the saving of the ini file the operating system can kill the process which will result in a damaged file. The next time FlexHub starts it will find an error in the file and reset it completely.

We're working on a solution, for now the best advice is: make backups, and close FlexHub manually before doing a computer restart.

Maybe... But this is a problem specific system(eg Mac, i don't know how this system shutting down). I rebooted the server many times and at the same time i did not close the hubs manually(i've done it on ubuntu and windows). Files accounts did not disappear.

About backups: Even schoolchildren know how important it is to create backups :))

The problem has occurred in a few cases now. It doesn't happen every time, the chance that it happens is small but does exist.

It might be related to the way a Virtual Machine is shut down when running on Mac, but the way FlexHub closes might have to do with it too.
