If you can connect to your NAS using SSH, look at the Flexhub/logs folder and take a look at the Error.log, Debug.log and Feed.log for more clues.

Is it in share/MD0_DATA/.qpkg/FlexHub/logs ( dir is empty) ?

If the logs dir is empty it looks like FlexHub hasn't been started yet. Is the package started or was the application blocked in some way (maybe some security setting of the NAS blocks it?) ?

Connect to your NAS using SSH, go to the folder where Flex is installed (share/MD0_DATA/.qpkg/FlexHub) and start FlexHub manually, use:

./lua ./FlexHub.lua --nogui --device=qnap86 --nick=admin --pass=admin --port=411

Then see what happens and if you can connect to port 411.
