Title: Chatroom overrides
Post by: light-angel on September 24, 2015, 10:56:31
i have been asked if hub owners can override chat room owner so Hubowners can get into all chat rooms if needed or take over ownership/ egive someone else owner access of that room

Yes, the one asking the question was me.

Example:
Operator ""Lolo_Ferrario" creates a chat room "The_Cave".
Hubowner John_Holmes" wonders what's going on in that chat room, but can't enter The_Cave without getting an invite from "Lolo_Ferrari.

Hi :)  the config file of private rrom is like this :
tPrivateRooms = {
   ["£'ƒarceur"] = {
      ["sOwner"] = "#']['ÕÑg¤þŒ™",
      ["tMembers"] = {
         ["þ††i£øû]v[™"] = "þ††i£øû]v[™",
         ["#']['ÕÑg¤þŒ™"] = "#']['ÕÑg¤þŒ™",
      },
      ["sDesc"] = "Private Chatroom by #']['ÕÑg¤þŒ™",
      ["iLevel"] = 10,
   },
}

So see by this way, maybe, if you can modify that.
  Greetings

That probably only works if you shutdown the hubsoft first, then modify the file, and then restart.

But the idea behind chatrooms is that they are personal messages for multiple persons. So the messages are considered PM and only invited people can see them. If you want control over private chatrooms you could disable creation of private chatrooms for other profiles, and only make them yourself.
