Hi ...

if possible add a guide or mod text when a user write: !regme in mainchat or right mouse ?

now ...

!regme =  You need to use the prefix ![Reg].•. in front of your nickname before registering, for example: ![Reg].•.Puffo

if possible mods and add a guide per selfreg or reg ?

You can't edit the text that !regme is showing, instead you can add a textcommand called 'reg' for example, and put any info you want in there.
