This is a small thing, but I believe it should be changed:
If option 4 is set within a cmd, the message is matched against use level, when a user enters the hub. It should only be matched against profile level IMO.
I do not want users to be able to issue such a command but I want to be able to use it as a hubowner manually, for example.
Of course I can make it invisible to normal users, but they can still use it, if they know about it. This can be prevented with option 8, but then I cannot use it as a hubowner myself.
If I set use level to 10, it is not executed, when a user with a lower level enters the hub, although his profile level matches the profile level of the command.

That would clash with the way it works now:
For example: When an unregistered user login is announced to operators and higher only.
What you can do is make a separate command for hubowners to use.

I understand, and I know there are workarounds.
