Title: small --port= bug!

After restart the hub don't start because of I have set --port= (no port to remove 8000)
Command:
./lua ./FlexHub.lua --nogui --sport=1234 --port=

Works fine whit out --port= :)

Sorry have not read the info before restart :D

Hi Hamachi
please report back if you have issues,  its entirely possible the check is not perfect :)
