Title: display of userprofile and custom comment in desciption
Post by: exleper on February 17, 2013, 11:16:38
Hi,

please make an option to display userprofiles and the comment in description similar to the protocol like [VIP] , [Reg] etc.

In general it should be visible to all users or perhaps an option with enabling it over certain level.

We got rid of all the speed an etc prefixes in our hub to make the chat more user-friendly, this way the speed and profile data wont be lost and would be still visible to other users.

thx

there is a new option on the user profiles

showprofiletoops       If enabled, the profile name will be added to the description of all users, only shown to operators, can be set to true or false.

Example:

!modprofile Reg showprofiletoops true

This will show the profile of registered users in description, only visible for operators and higher.

[20:49:00] <Private_> *** !modprofile Reg showprofiletoops true

[20:49:01] <Private_c> Profile 'Reg' setting changed: showprofiletoops = false

Thanks,

Yes, this is a handy feature.
It would be nice to update manual --> http://flexhub.org/wiki/index.php?title=Manual#Profile_Management (http://flexhub.org/wiki/index.php?title=Manual#Profile_Management) , not all modprofile settings are described there and i saw all the settings only when using the command !modprofile -h.

Thanks to all for the info  ;)
