Thanks for reporting!

The flexhub.info DNS information has accidentally been reset by the Internet Service Provider, because of that the domain
flexhub.info didn't resolve to an IP. Meanwhile it has been fixed so you shouldn't see that error anymore.

I have only recently just started getting the below error.

"<*Sc0rpion*> [FI]

• [Update][Timer] The update file from the server is corrupt or missing, please notify the FlexHub devs about this error. The full information is avaliable in \logs\Update.log"

Log file shows below..

[2016/12/21 22:25:52] [Update][GetFile] Failed to download flexhub_beta.tbl from server, the error is 'Host name lookup failure'. Waiting to retry (1/5).
[2016/12/21 22:26:52] [Update][GetFile] Failed to download flexhub_beta.tbl from server, the error is 'Host name lookup failure'. Waiting to retry (2/5).
[2016/12/21 22:27:52] [Update][GetFile] Failed to download flexhub_beta.tbl from server, the error is 'Host name lookup failure'. Waiting to retry (3/5).
[2016/12/21 22:28:52] [Update][GetFile] Failed to download flexhub_beta.tbl from server, the error is 'Host name lookup failure'. Waiting to retry (4/5).
[2016/12/21 22:29:52] [Update][GetFile] Failed to download flexhub_beta.tbl from server, the error is 'Host name lookup failure'. Waiting to retry (5/5).

The nickname that should follow after $ValidateNick is missing.

Correct usage: $ValidateNick MyNickHere|

It's possible that this is caused by a nickname with characters that can't be converted to the hubs character set, Chinese or Arabian characters for example in a hub that uses ASCII/ANSI characters.

Makes perfect sense.

General discussion / No-ip remove all non used no-ip host

No-ip remove all non used no-ip host  so be carefull to delete you host
look at  http://tinyurl.com/z9tgejz

Domain names no longer available for hostname creation:
noip.us
noip.me
no-ip.biz
no-ip.info
no-ip.org
no-ip.ca
no-ip.co.uk
no-ip.net

The other thing is that non registred host automaticly will remove after 30 day
So make a no-ip site pay accound for long used host time for the hub.

Hi Dave!

Unfortunately that line can't be changed with settings, but you could change it in Hub-ALL.lua and restart the hub to make the changes take effect. Make sure you make a backup of the file in case you make a mistake and need to revert to the original.

Thanks, it confirms the log I see in Flexhub.
I think you've found a bug in Flex, the hub doesn't seem to wait at all for HSUP, it immediately sends the $Lock.
Will have a closer look at it soon, and let you know.

Any chances on gettin this fixed?

Good Evening all

Is it possible for me to modify the following line that appears when the hub is set to Reg Download only ..

You need to be registered to be able to download and search.

I was thinking of changing it to ....

You need to be registered to be able to download and search, To register you must have XXMB in your share and simply type !regme followed by your chosen password.
