chatroom rights

rights to enter rooms because i want to have diffent groups in my hub

demons
etc so i can give them people a right to go into their own group chat room

I think that changing !invite command, to !invite <profilename> would do the job

I think specific chatrooms like that will have to be added with an external script.
A next request could be minshare for joining a chatroom for example

With external scripts this can be easily modified for a specific hub without breaking or depending on the FlexHub update cycle.
