About the order, GUI will be first.
About ADCS: Apart from your ISP not being able to listen in easily (or throttle bandwidth) on your DC traffic I don't see much benefit in it. I haven't seen many users complain about their ISP actually throttling their upload or download on DC.
To a lot of people who don't fully understand ADCS, it looks like some magic solution to prevent being caught by anti P2P agencies in case of illegal downloading, but encrypted traffic is something entirely different than anonymized traffic. Anyone connecting to the same hub can get just as much information from a user as on an unencrypted connection. ADCS and NMDCS will be added to FlexHub, but for me it has no priority.
About how long it will take to finish the GUI / ADCS / API:
It's done when it's done. I've got a family, and a business to run, so spare time is sometimes hard to find. Add to that that the GUI is quite complex, so it's not easy to take it any further with a few minutes here and there. But i'm planning on releasing on a very limited (functionally limited) version of the GUI as preview soon, hopefully in a few weeks time.
