I think that this is not necessary and i will explain why i think so

I tried to attack my FlexHub using several flood-bots and my bots were powerless vs. FlexHub, but they are well flooding in hubs PtokaX and Verli

So i say with confidence that the FlexHub has a good protection against such bots

But i also want to say that your idea is a very interesting and offered by you feature will be useful as an additional protection

Something that often happen with spambots is that they try to start spamming as soon as they have connected, but in that instant FlexHub is not yet finished with the login procedure which mean the client will be disconnected with a wrong state message,
