The package installation will create a hubowner account with login: admin and pass: admin with full rights to all FlexHub functions.
Make sure that as soon as you join the hub with a DC client (ApexDC++ is recommended), to change the password! To do that, use !setmypass <password> for example: !setmypass AbCd1234
